Winter is upon us and we have visions of Spring on our mind. Things are busy at the winery this time of year. Our keg program is starting to pick up some steam in the SF Bay area and we just finished up a round of bottling. We have more to do when our 2011 Premiere Rose completes its cycle of cold stabilization.
